I bought this mattress to go on an adjustable frame. This mattress works great in it. The only disappointment was the edge of the mattress doesn’t seem to be reinforced as described. I think this is the most beautiful dutch oven, and I get questions from guests about it all the time! It cooks things perfectly, and I've had great success making sourdough bread in it too. I've found the light color can get smudges baked on when you put it in a high-heat oven, but they came off really easily with a magic eraser sponge.
