Updated 12624 Freezer is now also temping high and consistently beeps until you press a button. I had to remove all the freezer food because the temp will not adjust to 0 degrees and stays around 25-35 degrees. The techs came out again to diagnose and order new parts, and they are all on backorder for at least 2-4 weeks because Frigidaire does not have them in stock. I now have no freezer or working ice maker and the fridge is only 6 months old. It’s been 6 months and the ice maker is leaking. I turned it off, let it defrost for 24 hrs, and turned it back on. Now, it’s not making ice at all. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service about the issue as it has a 1 yr warranty. The fridge also makes “groaning” noises constantly. I’ve never had a fridge make so much noise throughout the day. The only redeemable part of the fridge is the spacious 3rd drawer. Lastly, please notice that 95 percent of the reviews are from paid promotions. I should have paid more attention to the verified reviews before spending 2k on this.

This refrigerator is fabulous !! So much room. And the little add ons..... an easy to reach snack drawer for the Grandkids, sliding shelves to accommodate taller items, BIG sturdy door shelves, easy to access freezer with a top sliding drawer (love) and ........whats this .......another drawer between the freezer and refrigerated top.....its an extra refrigerated drawer..... , NO....its an extra freezer door....wait......it can be EITHER What kind of refrigerator madness is this !! And I didnt even get to talk about the waterice features. Would most certainly recommend this refrigerator to anyone. Am considering sending out invitations to my Friends to come visit it lol.

Refrigerator is what we were looking but getting it to arrive was horrible. The product was supposed to be delivered on Nov 6th. We took time off work to be here for it and it didn't arrive. Called WayFair and got the runaround. Husband called and he was informed WayFair had never informed the fulfilment center so the company didn't know that an order was placed. We called multiple times after that to inquire about the refrigerator. Finally got it on 11/27/24.

Handling of Blemish found will influence this rating. The product works as advertised.
