Product arrive quickly and free shipping. Price was similar to other venders (but the free shipping sealed the deal). Purchased to replace an older microwave - but the dimensions were a little different (higher unit - had to modify wall to accept the unit). Besides that the mounting holes and bracket were the same as an older unit (9 years older). Installation took 2-3 hours with two people. Works good and looks good above the range.

Very disappointed my microwave came damaged... it is being replaced but now have to wait another week for a replacement... keeping fingers crossed next one dosent come damaged...But I will say the customer service representative was very helpful..

Love it easy to install and delivery was fast

Microwave has stopped working already . Would kick breaker and now it won’t turn on at all. Did not last very long .
