I vented the unit because several previously had stated venting helped dry faster. After speaking with manufacturer support I was able to have a better experience with this unit. Although I do not like the fact that you can wash nor dry blankets and heavy stuff, it's turned out to be a wonderful washer for my everyday clothes. And I actually like this washer.. Michele. Equator EW 826 Super Washer + ED 852 Compact Short Dryer. The Laundry Closet That Thinks Like a Full Room. You don’t need a basement to do laundry with ceremony. You need a narrow wall, a sturdy stack, and two machines that behave like old pros. The EW 826 handles the mess life hands you – pet hair from the sofa siege, pollen from the afternoon walk, the cardigan that must stay delicate – with cycles that actually mean what they say. Twelve programs, four memory presets, and a two-minute Winterize button for the kind of places where the first frost arrives before you do. Below, the ED 852 waits with the patience of a good tailor. Sensor Dry watches the fabric, not the clock. Five dry options keep towels plush, shirts smooth, and the “just one more load” from turning into an evening. Together they run simultaneously – quiet, compact, and very sure of themselves – so Sunday never has to spill into Monday.

They look very nice in my new laundry room. That said, they're smaller (inside) than I realized. The dryer doesn't seem very efficient. Takes over 2 hours to dry a load of laundry. Could be operator error, still trying different cycles. The dryer filter is kind of a pain to clean as well.. Cind S.. California. Thu Dec 05 2024

EZ 4700 C: Ventless, Zero Clearance, Laundry Ready for Every Load—Even the Furry Ones There’s a reason why some homes run on instinct: when the laundry pile towers, when the Golden Retriever shakes off a full adventure, when space behind the unit is exactly zero inches. Enter the Equator EZ 4700 C - a ventless washer-dryer combo built for tight quarters and untidy situations. This machine doesn’t whisper; it performs. With 15 built-in wash/dry programs including a dedicated PET Cycle for hair-covered fabrics, and the Zero Clearance door that opens fully even in the tightest laundry alcoves, the 4700C is the laundry partner you didn’t know you could fit. Its 1400 RPM spin speed and stainless steel drum handle grime with grace, while its LED touchscreen lets you command the storm with a single tap. It’s the kind of appliance you install once, then forget—because it simply works.

EZ 5500 CV: For the Lives that Run on Timetables – and Trust Their Machines. The house is quiet. Someone’s working the night shift. Someone’s asleep in the next room. And you? You’re doing laundry – not just washing, but drying, without waking the dog. The Equator Super Combo EZ 5500 CV (1.92 cu ft) is that rarest kind of combo washer-dryer – quiet, capable, compact, but efficient. With a single press of the button, it senses what you’ve loaded and does exactly what’s needed. A vented or condensing drying option? Of course. A Sanitize mode at 165°F? Naturally. This machine is for people who live in small apartments, travel in RVs, or just believe that their laundry should work as hard – and as smart – as they do. No vent? No problem. Changing seasons? Switch between dry modes with a single tap. Add that forgotten sock mid-cycle. Lock it from curious fingers. Hear a chime when it’s done – or don’t. This is not just another washer-dryer. It’s a solution dressed in steel and LED lights, built for modern lives and the rhythm they keep.

EZ 4800 Washer-Dryer: Laundry Freedom, Wherever the Road Takes You. There are laundromats in every city – but none at 7,000 feet, where pine needles dance on your RV windshield and the next stop is somewhere better. That’s where the EZ 4800 earns its name. It’s not a washer. It’s not a dryer. It’s both, and it’s been engineered for the traveler, the downsizer, the minimalist with taste. And while others gently hum over hours of condensation drying, the EZ 4800 takes a stand: vented drying, 30% faster than condensing models. Your clothes come out ready to fold. Then there’s the Pet Cycle – a silent apology to your guest who left with husky hair on their coat. Touch-sensitive buttons guide you through 15 wash and dry programs, including Sanitize, Allergen, and a 2-minute Winterize for when the snow starts to fall. It weighs 161 lbs. but it might as well be featherlight – because it replaces two machines, without compromising either. No wonder full-time RVers call it essential. No wonder you’re still thinking about it.
