This backrest is a special backrest for sauna rooms but also can be placed on the sofa to form a whole set of users. The backrest can better allow the body to maintain a more correct sitting posture. The human body needs to sit with a natural bend or straight back in normal life, both of which can strain the muscles and ligaments around the lumbar spine and cause tension in the soft tissues around the back easily after sitting for a long time. The subtle S-shaped design conveniently rests on the heating plate at a slight angle to provide additional back support. It can be easily repositioned within your sauna as needed to create a perfect relaxation station.

The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. Love my portable Sauna!!!!! After a hard workout or a stressful day from work, I use my sauna to relax, unwind, let all the toxins escape my body. I am able to sleep better each time I use this. It gets so hot inside that I literally have a puddle inside from all the sweat. Also has a heated foot pad and sooo wonderful to use after walking all day from work, or running on a treadmill. Sauna goes up to 150 degrees and timer of 30mins. I usually go 45 mins and will just reset an extra 15 mins to make 45mins. Does not take long to heat up, less than 5mins for me and I hop right in watch the fat, stress and worries away. Worth the money, worth the time, worth it all. Was a little confusing hooking it up, had my buddy that’s an electrician come help. Put in a new 45 amp breaker and ran 8 AWG wire to a disconnect next to the sauna then ran wire from that to the control panel, then from there to the heating unit. Kicked right on after a little tinkering with the wires. If you’re not an electrician I’d advise you hire one because the DIY method sounds good but the videos online aren’t very informative. I had a sauna with a 110v hook up that just plugged in but got wrecked in a flood so I kept the old shell and hooked this one up. Used to take almost 2 hours to reach temp. This bad boy is 230° in 15-20 minutes. Amazing. Now I’ve got my ice bath sauna combo back in action. I also messaged them when I had an issue and they were quick to respond and handled it to over my satisfaction. Even wired up some sauna speakers to a cheap amp and hooked up a Bluetooth, then got a suction cup phone holder so I can watch stuff while cooking. 100 recommend.. Anonymous. Fri Jan 26 2024

Open tube design makes this mat ideal for all floor areas wet or dry such as pools, decks, shower/locker rooms, saunas, and SPAs. It can be used in low to high bare feet traffic areas. However, it may not be good for higher traffic areas where shoes are worn as they would be subject to much more abuse and would wear too quickly. Therefore entryways that may see more than 100 visitors per day should use a different type of matting.
