Great spa for soaking my aging bones and muscles during my hibernation period. Have it set up inside my house beside the wood fireplace. The heat from the fireplace helps to dry off after being in the spa. Wonderful feeling compared to the -30 C degree temperature outside the house. No problem with excess moisture in the room. Extremely quiet heating action. Wouldn't even know it was on. When it was first set up, I actually wondered if it was working! My previous spa would churn and thrash around while heating. Whole different design though. The timing function is nice so it can be set to heat up during the daytime and take advantage of my solar cells while the sun shines (maybe 5 hours during the winter day). It took 1 month to receive the tub. It was delivered damaged and took 2 weeks to have it removed from my driveway. It then took an additional 2 months from my original delivery date to receive the replacement. After many phone calls, I did receive some money off. Since I was replacing an older hot tub, the install was vey easy. Now that I have it up and running, I’m in it almost daily. I can’t say enough good things about this tub. I love the hot tub The only downside is the buttons are fairly hard to press. It’s holds heat, set up was easy, and it is easy to maintain. I like to make a cocktail and enjoy it after work. Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway. This was so easy to set I’m a female that is only 5 ft tall once I had it place the inflation was so easy. I did watch a YouTube video to make sure I was doing it correctly. Took 2 hrs to fill it and about 20 hrs to heat . The only thing that I feel would be helpful is if they could supply some starter chemicals for spa hot tub. This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it. This is our second Hot Tub, the delivery was fast and as expected. The AquaRest DayDream 3500 set up was quick, we purchased the version with the steps and cover caddy which are both welcome additions and really make the hot tub stand out. We selected the Arctic White with black and it’s even more impressive when you see it. We completed the set up quickly, installed the caddy that took a few minutes to set up but went together smoothly, you will need a drill gun to assist. It lifts easy and is a real positive add on, verses lifting the cover off each time. The tub heated in about 15 hours running on 110 plug in.
