I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. You must lower the reclining mechanism to get out of them or the entire chair moves forward with you (so not super stable if used in that way), but just don’t rush and take the time to lower it to get out and you’ll be fine.. This chair was just unpacked and put together so this is a review of another sort. I paid the extra fee for “Home Services “ which basically is someone to put the ordered item together. This chair was in multiple pieces . The young man, Ramon, could not have been nicer. He texted the night before, and first thing this morning to let me know his arrival time. He arrived on time and worked nonstop until the chair was constructed. He was conscientious, polite, professional and hardworking. Before he left he tried all the settings on the new chair-very considerate.. Sally. PA. Wed Sep 16 2026
