We are so happy with this bed! My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. Assembly was very straightforward and easy to follow. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it does take some time, but I chose to build it in sections over two days, which made the process very manageable. I was able to assemble almost the entire bed myself. My husband only had to help me carry the bookcase sections upstairs because of their size. For the price, I think this bed is an excellent value. It completely changed the look and feel of my daughters room and gives her a fun, cozy setup that she genuinely enjoys. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable bedroom upgrade that looks great and isnt overly complicated to assemble. We are very happy with our purchase! PS. Assembly wasn’t too hard to understand like others are making it seem, just gotta use your brain. The hardest part was fitting into tight corners to tighten some of the camber bolts and whatnot. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. I used a soft upholstry fabric and also laid batting on the broad surfaces. The mechanism works great and does not shut unless you pull it down. We bought 2. They were a long assembly. They are nice though. Seem to be good quality. The drawers hold quite a bit and there’s plenty of open storage behind the drawers.
