Lustre Mantra

First chandelier was delivered with mushroom nut completely fused onto threaded nipple, making it impossible for our electrician to detach. Detaching the parts is necessary for installing the canopy. We called both Perigold and Currey, and asked them to send us only the hardware pack with parts separated. Apparently this was not possible, as the chandelier is manufactured in India, so we were sent an entire second chandelier. Same problem, with the mushroom nut and threaded nipple fused together. Beyond disappointed in the quality of the pieces. Perigold team was wonderful to work with and did everything they could to make this right, but ultimately we are returning the chandelier and getting a full refund. Future buyers be aware - may not be every chandelier, but this has happened to us TWICE so clearly there’s a manufacturing issue.

This chandelier is extremely gold. I was looking for a statement fixture to use in a dining room and this certainly makes a statement. I thought from the photos this fixture would feature more of a bronze tone, but it is bright gold. Electrician has yet to install. I hope this winds up working in the space.
