Absolutely beautiful chandelier, however I would highly recommend paying the extra money and have Wayfair put this together for you. The directions were extremely difficult to follow, the pieces were misnumbered. Took me 6 hours to assemble.

I want to start by saying customer service went above and beyond. After voicing my concerns, they sent me a brand new chandelier, already assembled. I was skeptical at first after receiving the original, but this chandelier almost seems like an updated version of the one I received prior. Same style - just much sturdier, better quality and overall better looking. I’m wondering if I got an older model or just a dud. Either way, thank you Wayfair for fixing this issue, we are happy with our new chandelier! I would recommend this product.

Fixture works fine and looks ok but the instructions are woefully inadequate.
