Terrible customer service that did not help rectify my order. I ordered a chandelier that arrived used and damaged where the electrical part is. (spark marks where the brown discoloration is) I called to have another one sent and provided images with proof of damage immediately, after a week I never received any shipment confirmation for a new chandelier, so I called customer service again and they told me that the company was actually not sending a new chandelier. So I waited a whole week for nothing?? Why didn’t anyone call and notify me sooner??! Just send me a new chandelier that wasn’t previously used please.

Great item loved everything about it! Very durable. The item came in a great time and professional assembly.

Absolute garbage. It hums, each time you turn it on, it cycles through one of the 3 colors. Had an electrician install it and he was perplexed - said it was unlike anything he'd seen before. Imagine turning on a light and wondering whether it will be yellow, white, or blue each time.

Beautiful and easy install! Only thing is it has 3 light brightness options and you have to turn it on and off a few times to get the light color you want.
