Base de parasol autoportante en plastique Vienna

This is my 3rd time getting ones similar to this. They have a tendency to easily crack esp when you have clumsy kids (big) who keep stepping on them. If you have a triple umbrella, these are the only ones that will work and for me the price is right. Although it says you can fill these with a mixture of sand and water I’m not sure I’ll try. :0/ The caps are kinda flimsy. There isn’t much for threading. Fact, I just popped it off. And the plastic these are made of are a bit thinner than our previous ones.

This base is quite large but built to be sturdy. I like the fact that you can add sand and water to give it maximum weight to protect against rough weather conditions blowing it down. It comes with a plastic conefunnel to add the sand.

The 4 plastic triangles fit together to form a base for a cantilever umbrella. I have to assume the metal pole that fits in the base comes with the umbrella. I didn’t realize that upon ordering, but hopefully all will fit together in the end.

I needed an umbrella base to fit on my very large cavalier umbrella and this one was perfect! I filled it with water, as I did not have any sand, and it works just fine. The first photo is showing the base of the umbrella, surrounded by the umbrella base to check for size. It is the perfect fit! This is a great product
