I’m not sure whether this product could be a good one, but we received two boxes that were damaged and had parts that had clearly been used with some parts showing some rust. Hardware bags were opened and spilled through the boxes. Returned the item to Wayfair and they insisted on charging us $80 for shipping it back. Talked with customer service and they would not refund it to us. Very unhappy with this whole situation. How are we responsible for shipping charges when they send us a poor product?
