first the delivery was prompt and curtious guys placed item next to house out of way pergola was easy to set up with 3 people took about 3 hours its just what we wanted looks great

So frustrating- pergola was almost 2 weeks late from estimated delivery date. Finally received the pergola, unboxed it and was excited to set it up. It was missing all of the hardware and 4 of the corner pieces. Now I have to wait an additional 7-10 days for the replacement parts to set it up. Summer is almost over at this point. Waste of $1500 and very disappointed in this whole experience. Buyer beware

They originally advertised this as 10x19 when the product is really 10x13. Looks like a good quality pergola but wrong size as initially advertised. They have since corrected it.

Love this pergola. Arrived well packaged, and intact, nothing missing. The antique Brown option is what we purchased. It appears more blonde on the website, but is in fact a golden oak color. We were very happy though. Instructions could be more clear. I highly recommend analyzing the drawings before getting too far ahead. I have included, some pictures of the louvres and what direction they are laying on the attachments. The top cross section pieces, the trough is on the bottom which we initially installed upside down. We are very satisfied and impressed with the quality. I would only say that a cap for the screws that hold the post to the base would be nice. We attached this pergola to 2 ft square paver stones, that are 92 pounds each. We used a Masonary drill bit and 38” self tap screws. It gives the yard a resort feel! Highly recommend.

Good overall, except a few pieces were bended when we opened the boxes. A nice looking one at my backyard. Hope that it will last thru the harsh winter here.
