The balloon would've been beautiful, but like normal fashion, it arrived damaged. That's what happens when companies pack items in soft packaging that can be bent or broke. Exactly what happened. Broken pole and bent flags. It aggravates me that Wayfair is triple in price on MOST of their yard art compared to my stores here, only for this to happen. My luck! Upset! I HATE wasting money! Another thing that bothers me, why doesn't Wayfair or In The Breeze maker contact me after leaving a bad review for a defective product. If Wayfair didn't pack this then they should drop the "In The Breeze" company for not packing and causing you bad reviews. They should've known better! Why does the consumer have to eat a loss because of someone's ignorance?
