When received product was used, incomplete, wrong parts and damage.still not have received. Door. Cannot use this product.

Overall, this product has been pretty disappointing. The door doesn’t seal right because the hinges are constantly slipping so the heat can’t get to it. I even had Handyman come in and look at it and they fixed it, but it went right back to slipping again. Overall, very disappointed in this product and would like to know how to get a refund.

Directions are unclear and the parts are sub par. Great for a temporary sauna, but for the price I am disappointed. Also, certain functions do NOT work as instructions read.

So far, its good. Pretty easy to put together and the overall quality is what good especially for the price point. Heated up to 150 in about 35 minutes. Just a note to other buyers. I does require a 15amp 240v breaker for the 2-3 person unit. I knew this purchasing it but it was hard to find that information before the purchase.
