I give this item 0 stars. It is not worth the money & would not recommend this low quality product to anyone. It Is not as tall as it states in the description & parts were missing, rusted and bent in multiple places. The box was delivered damaged & missing parts. I contacted Wayfair to request the missing parts, but they would not as it was 2 weeks past the 30 day return policy even though I was not trying to return the item. I was given the manufacturer’s contact information & they will not replace the two missing shelves plus hardware because they said it was after the 30 day return window, which again I was not trying to return. This item is too expensive for the low quality & would not recommend supporting a manufacturer that is not willing to replace missing parts even at an extra charge to the consumer. Now I have a useless $2800 plant stand with no shelves to place plants on. Buyer beware of Wayfair’s return policy as it also stands for broken or missing parts & they change their return policy based on season or holiday so you may have had 60+ days in the past as it is extended right now due to Christmas. Seems like a shady business practice to change the return policy dates to screw over consumers. I will not be using Wayfair again.
