I love the hot tub The only downside is the buttons are fairly hard to press. It’s holds heat, set up was easy, and it is easy to maintain. I like to make a cocktail and enjoy it after work. Update : 3 months later it's working great ! Love this product . Working well for me . There were alot of bad reviews but all I can say is so far its worked well. It took about 20 mins to set up very easy. It took 30 hours to get water to temp 104 from starting temp 57. One thing is it shuts off the bubbles after 20 mins. To restart quickly unplug and plug back in. Using it in 45 degree weather it loses warmth fairly quickly. The bubbles are great and it has been everything I expected for the price. One thing I had a very difficult time figuring out how to empty . I finally deflated it. I needed to change out the water because my spa tabs were delayed. Great spa for soaking my aging bones and muscles during my hibernation period. Have it set up inside my house beside the wood fireplace. The heat from the fireplace helps to dry off after being in the spa. Wonderful feeling compared to the -30 C degree temperature outside the house. No problem with excess moisture in the room. Extremely quiet heating action. Wouldn't even know it was on. When it was first set up, I actually wondered if it was working! My previous spa would churn and thrash around while heating. Whole different design though. The timing function is nice so it can be set to heat up during the daytime and take advantage of my solar cells while the sun shines (maybe 5 hours during the winter day). The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. I would like to see cupholders built into it in the near future, some seats in the corners seats about 5 inches tall , but other than that it’s perfect, it lights up very well at night the wife and I love it it’s definitely a five star. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would.
