Received quickly.. easy set up.. we had to have a new electrical plug.. filled with water.. treated with spa chemicals.. and waited til evening.. water heated to 105*.. almost immediately went down to 103*.. a cushioned at each end to sit on.. bubbles galore!!!! This hot tub is awesome! I have a unfinished basement and that's where I set up the tub, I will say that the hot tub looks to me like it could easily fit 3 people who are average size. Easy to inflate and heats to 104 degrees, actually mine heated to 105 degrees, great! I will take the water as hot as it wants to get! Hot water is so therapeutic and makes a great night sleep.
