Forget about Wayfair helping with issues with this grill. They refer you to the manufacture and you have to jump through hoops to contact anyone. The grill itself is really nice (tried it out last night), but the assembly was not what I would consider perfect (which is what I paid for). There were "extra parts" that I don't feel I should have to search to see where they go (see attached photo) and the chain is now stuck between the grill and the burner (see attached photo) and I don't want to have to fix it. Beautiful grill . . .very heavy duty and well made. The burners work well. The far right burner, #5, is supposed to be the very hot one and it is a little hotter. But it works better to put three burners on, because if you are cooking 4 steaks, you need that many for the even heat.
