For the price, this little kamado grill performed well! It came up to temp quickly, since it’s small. It cooked our steaks well. Even with the vents choked off, it took a while for it to come down in temp, probably because it’s more efficient than a regular charcoal grill. Please plan for that time. Otherwise, the packaging was sufficient; there were no chips or cracks. The frame was easy to assemble, although the grill doesn’t fit in the frame perfectly (slightly tilted back).
