I've got it assembled and working well...but...as others have indicated, the design of the plug in the bottom of the fountain, through which the power cord runs, is absurd. It comes with a bit of plumbers putty, which is supposed to create a waterproof seal around the cord, but doesn't stand a chance of doing so. You'll likely have to use silicone and it's a sloppy, messy application. The fountain took a long time for delivery and when it came the pump was missing . Also the fountain had a lot of shading , therefore not looking like the picture above . For the price , it was rather deceiving. We received the pump later but asked to exchange the fountain . The exchange went smoothly and the new fountain looks better but still with some less apparent shading . We ordered early dec /19 and finally got the replacement fountain working end of jan.....
