I am very impressed with the customer service - extremely helpful in making certain I ordered what I wanted. The shipping was safe and well packaged (shipping company was good to work with - important as we live in the country and needed to coordinate). The sauna set up smoothly and look beautiful. I love my sauna so much!! It took myself and my husband around a good solid day to build it. Instructions were broken down into very easy steps, everything was labeled very well. The sauna itself is not only visually stunning, but I am very pleased with the size of it. I love that the seats are elevated, there is plenty of room for us to sit together and not feel claustrophobic. And when it's just me in there I can easily stretch out. Because of the size and the heater I chose (8kW) it is quite efficient and heats up in about 15-20 minutes in our Fall season (we live on the east coast in the mountains). Another reason I chose this sauna was because the thermawood is supposed to be superior in dealing with our wet humid climate, and I also knew I wanted additional roof protection (shingles) for the same reasons of durability and longevity.
