Love it and already got pictures of our fur baby enjoying it.

Very very heavy. Delivery person left out on my step did not bother to ring my doorbell to let me know it was delivered! Thank God it was too heavy to steal or I would not have it today! Box was poor in condition, I don't know if Wayfair put all that tape on the box to try and keep it secure or Fed Ex did not work! The color shown on Wayfair website brown and tan. I received grey! One of the reason that push my decision to buy this expensive cat condo was the color it went with the color of my furniture! The rug carpeting on the condo was coming off. I wanted to return the item but the box was badly damaged, the condo is heavy and I had no way of getting another box big enough to fit the cat condo! I would have to do a lot just to return the cat condo. A percentage was offered and accepted so instead of me paying someone to drive me around to find a box big enough to return the cat condo plus pay for the help I would need to put the cat condo in the box. It was easier to just keep it and be happy with the percentage off! I truly wanted the color to be what is shown on the picture on your website! Make a note that the color may be different from picture shown or don't go by the color of the item! Webster's dictionary definition says a variable color averaging grayish-yellowish brown. That would not have helped me anyway both colors are in the Webster's description.

I was looking for something sturdy that would last the test of time. This is made very well, strong and made with solid wood! My cat loves it & spends a lot of time in the cubby part, as well as on top.

Very sturdy, and quite heavy. My cat loves to sleep inside when it is cooler in the house. It does have a smell when I first received it, it did fade eventually.

All of my 11 cats are very happy.
