My cats love it! I put two pieces on one wall of their catio and two on the other - I ended up on drilling the scratching pad into the wall because my cats seem very disinterested in it. It’s more of a plastic weave than sisal so when I had it on the ground they had no interest in it. I’m not going to drill into the wall if they won’t use it! But the rest of the pieces are well used by my felines. I’ll say that the small shelf that connects to the bridge (to the left of the square with the hole) doesn’t feel very sturdy. My 11 lb cat sits on the edge of it and it does bend a bit. The bracket either needs to be stronger or there needs to be more to the shelf than the thin pieces that’s there. My cats still use it though so here’s hoping it doesn’t bend and break below them! I’m very happy with this set and my cats love their new vertical space to sit and judge me from!
