Love this chicken coop. Everything is perfect except the roosting bars are too narrow. We replace the stepdown ramp with a longer one so that it's not as steep. The chickens like it. It fits 3-4 chickens very well.

Decent coop, get what you pay for. I also sealed it. Added a few coats- might have gone overboard with the last coat. The tray isn’t flush going in as it’s a bit tacky. I might sand it later if it’s an issue. The birds are still young, we’ve been using the coop about 5 weeks. Used the heat lamp in the main chamber and blocked off the sides at night when they were tiny. The top opening was great.

Very pleased with this low cost chicken coup and how it turned out with just a few coats of Thompson's Water Sealer and a top coat of lacquer. Simple assembly, sturdy and just what we needed for our critters.
