For my beagle mix it’s great. She’s 55lbs but not aggressive she will paw at the door when she knows I’m coming to let her out for the day Pretty sturdy for what I need it for If you have a dog that just wants to get out and nothing can stop them this may not be a solution but I can’t say because mine doesn’t try to get out I know mine is larger than I need but wanted to give her the most room.
