If you’re assembling it on your own, I recommend taking your time and double-checking each step before fully tightening everything. Once assembled, I’m very pleased with the finished product. My large-breed dog fits comfortably inside, and the crate feels solid and well-built for everyday use. The storage surface on top is a great bonus — it functions perfectly as an end table and provides extra space for décor or everyday essentials. I do like the look of it. Everything was packed nicely but there is a lot of pieces so I paid a professional to assemble it and it took him about two hours. The size is great, more than enough room for my dog. I would say that if you have a sound sensitive dog then this might not be a good choice as the sliding metal door can be scary.. Dawn. Georgia. I love this dog crate. Very heavy. It is the xtra large… which will be needed as our European Bassett is expected to reach 80-90lbs.
