This trunk arrived broken the first time I purchased. Wayfair sent a replacing quickly however the second trunk was able broken. The wood is cracked and does not close. I do not recommend this item for purchase.

Stunning!1 This is by far one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture in my home. The craftsmanship and wood quality are top tier. The color is whitewashed wood and blends easily with my home decor. The hand carved detailing is simple but elegant. This trunk easily stores two stacked wire shoe racks, with room to spare around the sides. Small decorative pillows or throws would also fit inside with ease.

The first one came damaged but Wayfair made it right and sent a replacement right away. It was super quick shipping and it arrives all in one piece so no assembly! The design is beautiful and it’s made of real wood. Perfect for storing extra pillows and blankets in our living room.

Beautiful, heavy piece of furniture. Best of all It comes already assembled. It’s got a nice weathered look. It if you’re looking for white this lends more creamy almost yellow. Very happy with this piece and should last for years.
