We just bought another set to move from Alaska to Ireland - we had purchased them originally to move from NY to Virginia, then from Virginia to Alaska. They were used for books and papers. Several of them are STILL (8 years of use after move to Alaska in good enough shape to use for our next move.

It's a great box that is easy to assemble, and stores all the items that I needed (office supplies) in a neat and tidy way.

I've been working on developing a way to store files long-term and am consistently impressed with the durability and strength of Bankers Box products. Even though I use plastic storage containers, Banker's Boxes are my go-to for all of my event planning purposes. The main reason is how easily they store on my racks and transport from venue to venue. I also need something that collapses down after setup since most places don't provide storage and this is perfect for my needs. I arrive looking professional and organized and it makes setup much easier. Also... I am a small nonprofit dealing with either few staff or volunteers, and these boxes are essential for cutting down on time, effort, confusion, etc. I literally would not want to work without them or chaos would ensue! These do not organize clutter... they organize my life! AND... I have multiple types of their boxes and keep coming back. Last year when in a pinch and on low budget, I bought the generic ones which served the purpose of storing documents, but I would never leave for an event without the actual brand of Banker's Box--- the quality, durability and ability to store flat really is priceless. I can't rave enough!!!
