The reviews are pretty spot on with this shoe bench. The bench is nice quality, and the color matches the pictures. However, as others have stated, it isn't big enough to store 15 shoes unless you were storing baby shoes. It fits more like 8 pair of adult shoes without overstuffing. Also, the biggest shoe size that can fit in the flip drawer is a size 10. I was aware of this before purchasing, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! My family has been a loyal customer to this company for many years. This was an extremely disappointing product that was hard to put together. It took two people nearly two hours to build up to step 10/16. The screws barely fit into their designated spots. The 32 screws for the legs were impossible to screw into the base of the shoe rack. They did not screw in straight no matter how you positioned them. We personally did not like this product, hopefully someone will have better luck than we had.

Some of the screws were missing, when I contacted the manufacturer I was told to look for suitable screws locally. Not helpful at all.

Assembly was relatively easy. It took my husband and me 2 hours to put it together. The instructions were easy to follow with no confusing diagrams or missteps by us. It looks exactly as pictured and is a bit heavier (pro) than I expected. The total package weight is likely listed in the specifications, but I didn't realize it would be slightly over 50 lbs. It feels sturdy when you sit on it. It fits perfectly in our laundry/mud room and provides what we needed by way of clean storage and a spot to sit down to put shoes on in the morning. The only negatives are the quality of the cushion and the actual usable space. The cushion is quite thin and more for show than actual padding. With a mix of mine (women's size 8), my husband's (men's size 11) and my daughter's (kids size 2) shoes, I could only fit 10 pairs and not the 15 advertised. The shoes are a mix of sandals and tennis shoes, I didn't even attempt snow gear. We'll need a secondary shoe organizer for our extra pairs.

Shoe storage is quite small. Cant fit 15 shoes but its cute.

This is a really nice bench however, only smaller sized shoes fit in the interior pull out for shoe storage. Larger sized shoes fit shoes fit in the open cubbies to the right. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I completed the assembly 21525 even though it was a 2024 purchase, it came together quite easily.
