Delivery was fast and was exactly as described

After three attempts to order the 25 qt. 11 1/4 x 11 5/8 x 16 1/4 inch I have received 2 boxes of shoe box sized containers which I did not want and 2 boxes of the 15 qt size, which I already had and did not want more of, I spent hrs on the phone with customer service (4 parties) and could not get what I ordered or a pick up for the incorrect items. And I was charged more than if the order had been correct, I feel that I was more than patient and that Wayfair really missed the mark on this item and customer service. I need to rethink a vendor with whom issues cannot be resolved adequately.

The picture depicts large containers. I was very disappointed to receive shoe box containers.

This product listing is very misleading. The picture shows 12 medium sized totes for 36 but the description is for one small tote. Don’t get fooled like I did! I’ll never shop at Wayfair again if they’re stooping to these sleazy sales tactics.

The boxes work great for my project.

Im giving one star because the items do not match the size description on the listing! These are shoebox size storage boxes. Buyer beware! Also, the return and refund process is complicated because it goes through Wayfair and the manufacturer of the product. Not pleased to say the least!!

I ordered totes listed as 14x14x16 and what I received show box size! I have since read other reviews that mention pretty much the same thing. I will probably not order from Wayfair ever again, not worth the trouble.

I was sent the wrong item. Communication was terrible. Finally Giovanni in Wayfair customer service was very helpful and tried to have the correct items shipped out. I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM A SECOND TIME!! Now I have to spend my time returning 6 cases of the same wrong item and wasted valuable time that was needed for my project.

Wow. Great price and the wrong product. What I see in the picture and what I received are 2 very different things. I ordered a box that was about 12"x12"x16". That is what I searched for. That is what the primary picture shows. That is NOT what I got. Rather I get something that holds 6 qt; aproximately 5"x8"x15". VERY DIFFERENT.

The picture is misleading. It looks like a dozen large containers. The product is a small shoe box. The only way to tell is to search through the description. I am very disappointed.
