Super nice in quality and easy use.

2 broken tubs delivered unable to be used. Gasket is a piece of styrofoam that does not fit and must be tucked in nearly with each use. Some were broken as well.

Just as expected, seems sturdy and appears to have a good weather seal. I appreciate how solid the locking latches feel. 31924 update changed from 5 stars to 3. Still appreciate the quality and sturdiness, but even after sitting these outside for days, the chemical smell is still very strong. Don’t know how long it will take to off-gas, but anything stored in these totes smells strongly of plastic.

The box came showing zero indications of any damage. I opened the box and unpacked them. I noticed severe damage on 2 of them on the corners. The other one wasn't damaged but like the two damaged ones they were completely missing handles on the same sides. The fourth container along with the 4 lids are missing. Just unbelievable especially when I was counting on them.

Items received was different than the photos shown. Items were also damaged upon arrival. Chatted with customer service and even confirmed the SKU was correct after showing the screen shot of the items I wanted. A replacement order for received VERY quickly, BUT still the wrong items sent. Chatted with customer service again to discover the SKU is correct for what I received, but it’s not the photos showing with the bin’s measurements description on the website and that specific SKU. You see how that’s confusing for the consumer, right

These bins are amazing! They're a little smaller than the ones I was replacing but they close so securely that I was able to get the same amount in the new ones and they closed easily. I am able to fit 7 sweaters in these with no threat of critters. Easy to open and close.

Great deal. Horrible experience. On 9/21, I order (2) 12 packs to be delivered on 9/28. As of yesterday (10/5), I've now had 3 deliveries and received 20 bins total of the 24 I ordered, 3 of which are broken. The warehouse is sending 1 4-pack for each 12-pack ordered... Both for the original order and each follow-up order placed by customer service reps. This is absurd. If I was on a deadline, I'd be very angry.

I gave field mice come into my garage and storage barns. These are thick, and rubber gaskets seal. Wards off all critters!
