This was purchased as a gift however when it arrived there seemed to be a lot of loose parts or screws etc. as they were falling around inside the box. Packing was very poor. Worried the recipient might not have all the necessary parts to assemble it as the box was slit open at the join. Accessories for assembling should be enclosed inside box securely & firm so they are not loose! Should the recipient have parts missing I trust Wayfair will replace them without any hassles?!? Very disappointed, as to give this ceiling rack away sounding how it does in the box required an apologetic explanation putting the blame on Wayfair packing & shipping! Hopefully there are no parts missing, fingers crossed?!?
