The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. We're very happy so far with our XXL Sentry Safe! Our old Sentry Safe is 14 years old and still works great! Only suggestion I have is they need to work with their shipper, UPS, to stop damaging the safes while they're in transit. 1st one was damaged severely and had to be replaced.
