We purchased this stove in Nov of 2023, and a few months later one of the larger burners just stopped working, trying to find a replacement has been impossible. Fast forward to Christmas this year and my oven wasn't working well. House full of people waiting on turkey! We pulled the stove to find wires burnt! We’ve had this stove installed since April. This stove is so beautiful. We love this stove in every way except 1. The knobs are very hard to read (black on black) . Once I learn them it will be easier but until them I’m using a grill light to be able to see the dials. I bought this stove 2 weeks ago. I'm happy with it for the most part expect for the "stainless steel " finish on the front of the range. It's so hard to clean. It never looks shiny and a little scratched even though I am so careful with it. I don't think it's real stainless steel like my old GE stove. I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide. When the stove arrived early I was thrilled. When the stove was unboxed I was crushed. The finish was badly marred, the oven thermostat was hanging loose and one burner didn't work at all. I immediately contacted Wayfair thinking I had mad a terrible mistake having bought a stove online rather than in a bricks and mortar store. I sent pictures of the problems and without hesitation Wayfair replied that a new stove would be dispatched as soon as possible and that the damaged stove should simply be disposed of.
