[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this knife is still super sharp! I have never had a knife stay sharp like this. Wish it came with a guard or blade protector but rather amazing. Feels great in the hand and easy to use. I selected a paring knife since I do a lot of prep and cutting meats. You really don't have an idea how great these knives are until you're using one. If you cook a lot I heavily recommend u save for one and treat yourself but hide it from those who destroy kitchen items. Every family has one of those. Really impressive knife!! I am going to see if I can save for a chef knife or something else. Absolutely amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle feels so nice and easy to hold. This was a perfect small paring knife for doing finer cuts on my vegetables. Sometimes you don't want to pull out the big knife just to cut everything! The knife was nice and sharp, sliced right through my green beans. The knife was also pretty light and super easy to maneuver. Definitely a buy it for life type of knife!

I has some good weight to it as well, I think quite a bit coming from the handle. The steel is so beautiful, almost marbled. And it’s super sharp, makes is incredibly easy to slice and dice veggies for my salads and stir fry’s. Overall, very impressed with this brand.

It’s super sharp and cuts through everything like butter. The weight is well balanced, making the knife really comfortable to hold though it is a bit heavy for longer sessions. My only qualm was that the safety feature in the packaging didn’t work and I needed to shake the knife out of the box blade first, which felt quite dangerous.
