This adjustable office chair arrived in a banged up box, it looks like it was definitely put through the gauntlet before arriving to me. However, with my faithful little helper Lexie, the assembly was very easy, and I do like this product. The quality is okay, the chair itself, is off kilter a bit, and the cushion is average.
