I like the small foot print of the product and not having the risk of a gas furnance. better for environment, quiet. BUT....I do not like some of the learning features as it can take a long time to activate the heating in certain rooms if we have not used it or have been out for a few days. Hooked the unit up and turned on the water and the back end blew water out and down the wall. Just finally got the water lines done. I do not have a warranty card and could not find a phone number.
