We purchased this 16x12 gazebo for our deck. Three boxes came one day and the last one the next day. No parts were missing, but there were some bolts that were mislabeled. We managed to figure out what they were. The only complaint we have is not with the product itself, but with the pricing. We purchased it during Victoria Day weekend, when it was their "Big" sale, so we figured we would get a good deal. We purchased it for $1999.99. A week later the price was $1699.99. We did contact them for a price adjustment, which they did honor after numerous phone calls and chats. Two weeks later it was even cheaper (Can't quite remember the price, but it was significant) They refused to refund us any further. They should have a 30-day price guarantee, so this doesn't happen. Solid structure and looks amazing do to exquisite assembly team. It was done in 2.5 hours and they arrived 2 hours before actual time expected. Unfortunately removing the plastic was a problem and did cause some structural damage by the assembly team. I would definitely advise to make sure you completely take off the plastic before you assemble it yourself or decide on using professional installation. Once the parts sit in the heat without taking off the plastic completely off it will definitely get damaged the roof frame if you try to take off once assembled. Otherwise it’s a solid and descent design and some people may opt to keep the plastic on but in extreme heat your are basically staring at duct tape all over the roof it’s looks more appealing on the website because the plastic was definitely completed removed. Lastly the hooks inside are definitely strong and durable to hold a ceiling fan. I’m currently waiting for a peaceful resolution I tried to order the replacement roof but currently on back order hopefully it’s easier to just order a brand new pergola.The only things that took a a couple of hours was doing the dissemble by my myself to get a brand new replacement or order another design. Hopefully there will be some compensation for this disaster. But again customer service has been very nice and responsive and hoping to get this resolved today to enjoy the yard.. Terrence. This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up.
