I bought this catio for my two outside cats, and they love it. I did not buy it for the raccoon but he seems to love it too. I did some modifications, like adding a small entrance door and an escape door, and I added hooks to the outside to hang a plastic curtain from when it rains. I also added a plastic corrugated roofing panel and sloped it towards my yard to divert rain water. I assembled this myself, and it was fairly easy. I ended up removing two of the platforms because my cats really dont need them since they are free to roam the yard and only use this catio for shelter sleeping. This was a replacement for one that lasted 5 years (including midwest winters)... my 2 cats love hanging out in this.
