Absolutely terrible quality – avoid at all costs! This rug is a complete disaster. The quality is shockingly poor ; it looks incredibly cheap, the edges are badly finished, and the material feels like the lowest-grade polyester imaginable. The pile is uneven and so sparse that you can actually see the backing through it. Worst of all, the rug has an overpowering chemical smell that makes it hard to even breathe near it. I genuinely don’t understand how this product made it onto the site. Naturally, I decided to return it. Wayfair offered me an additional discount to keep it, but honestly, I wouldn’t want this rug even if it were free. And now I have to pay a delivery fee just to get rid of it , that’s just frustrating. Wayfair seriously needs to do a better job of screening their suppliers and maintaining some level of quality control. This isn’t just a matter of taste or aesthetics , this rug is not fit for use, and in my opinion, the chemical fumes make it a health hazard. I’m not exaggerating , most rugs have some scent when new, but this one is on a completely different level. It’s not something you can keep in your home. Super easy to clean! For spills, remove excess material and blot with a clean, wet cloth. Never rub as this will make stains harder to remove. Repeat with cleaner or a solution of water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with a clean, wet, and then dry cloth.

It’s a great rug, but my cats were able to scratch some of the stitches loose. It’s weird to vacuum over because of the raised design but that’s part of what I like about it. We flattened the corners down with weights and books.. Natasha. Lenexa, KS. Tue May 17 2022
