Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. I’ll admit it, I ordered this a little too fast and thought I was getting a full toilet with a built-in bidet. That part is on me. When I realized it was just the seat, I was initially a bit annoyed, but honestly, it turned out to be a good thing. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even if you’re not super handy. Once set up, it looks very sleek and modern, and the features are exactly what you’d want. The heated seat, warm water, dryer, and multiple wash settings all work really well and feel like a big upgrade. My only note is that this is an elongated seat, so make sure your toilet is compatible. I’m actually considering upgrading my toilet to better match the fit. Did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet toilet seat, and this one was the luxury pick by Wirecutter in the New York Times. So thankful I found it for a great price at Wayfair, and it's even better than I imagined it would be. It does require electricity so I had to have an electrician put in a new electrical outlet, but this brand also offers a non-electric one, which I may purchase for a different bathroom at some point.
