Outdoor sauna -12 non-radiation carbon crystal far-infrared heating plates, 2,050 W, stable wave band, 100% maintained in the low EMF range for human health. Ten minutes quick warm-up, temperature control range: 68-149 degrees Fahrenheit (20-65 degrees Celsius), outdoor sauna with 6mm tempered glass door, firmly locks the temperature inside the sauna.

This thing was easy to assemble, looks good and works well. It took about 30 minutes to reach max temperature when it was about 55° outside. The instructions are poorly translated and sometimes don't make sense but putting it together is pretty intuitive anyway. It has a strong cedar smell, which may be really nice or a little too much, depending on your preferences. We've had it for about 2 weeks and are enjoying using it. The heating panels get really hot (surprise!) so make sure to put a towel over them if they'll be coming in contact with bare skin. No regrets using this as a substitute for a conventional sauna. The sauna is great! The beauty light in the original shipment came with the wood frame around it broken up. A replacement was sent and arrived yesterday. The frame was broken up again but not as bad. The beauty light was still in the wood frame this time but each end was broken. From the sides the unit was wrapped well but it was not wrapped well from the ends thus the heavy beauty light slid in the package from one end to the next breaking the wood frame. When it was delivered the two man team told us they needed a power lift to get it off the truck and they didn’t have one My husband luckily had one at his work otherwise we would have not got it of the delivery truck. My husband set it up and we are happy with the unit but there is a buzzing in the sound system that I will be contacting Wayfair about.
