I put this sauna together myself in about 1.5 hours, which was much easier than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and everything fit together well without any major headaches. The biggest thing I've noticed is how much I actually look forward to using it. After a workout, I'll jump in for about 30 minutes and I'm absolutely dripping by the end. It feels like a great way to unwind and recover after training. I've also noticed my skin consistently feels smoother after regular use, and it does an amazing job helping me get rid of that bloated feeling after weekends when I've overindulged a bit. I always feel lighter and more refreshed afterward. The heat is comfortable and consistent, and it's become part of my routine several times a week. It's one of those purchases I wasn't sure I'd use as much as I do, but it's quickly become something I genuinely enjoy. The built in bluetooth speakers are amazing. Update** Took about 90 minutes to put together! Works great. Heats up to about 140 degrees which is plenty hot! Love the 2 Bluetooth speakers too!! There was a pretty good size gouge in the box - probably due to fork lift - which left a pretty good size mark on the outside panel on the left side of the sauna. I’ve been using my sauna every single day since we got it and I honestly love it. It has become part of my daily routine! My husband put it together in about 5 hours. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but he was able to figure it out. We did have to change the outlet because the plug was different but it was an easy swap. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there.
