Love my new sauna seems to work well goes up to 140°. It takes me about 20 minutes to warm it up. This is a great steamer. It is great for one person, 2 is ok but 3 is an absolute NO! The “chairs” that come with it are literally toddler beach chairs. So tiny and low to the ground. An adult would not sit in them. Definitely buy your own waterproof bench. Just measure to make sure it fits. Everything else is great. Easy and quick to set up. The cords on the 2 steamers are short so you may need to use an extension cord. But they automatically shut off when water runs out and they only go up to 45 mins. You will need to get batteries for the remotes as well. (The flat batteries). Over all I gave it a 4 because the chairs are ridiculous, the cords on the boilers are short, and the plastic thing that the steam comes out of could be better quality. It’s a good little sauna, we added a few extra screws to the bottom to hold it together and make it sturdy and also put the walls together on the ground then lifted those pieces onto the base. That worked better than trying to build it on the base. It was not difficult. You get what you pay for the quality is probably not as sturdy as something 3x the price, we plan to have it poly coated and my husband will modify the roofing to ensure it holds up outside. When it was delivered the two man team told us they needed a power lift to get it off the truck and they didn’t have one My husband luckily had one at his work otherwise we would have not got it of the delivery truck. My husband set it up and we are happy with the unit but there is a buzzing in the sound system that I will be contacting Wayfair about. Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. So far so good. It is really easy to put together, but needs at least 2 people if you don’t want to get frustrated. I have not used the Bluetooth yet so I can’t comment on that. Received wrong brand -BNEHS instead of DSNAPE (similar item with no brand logo) than what was purchased with a broken bottom heater panel. This part could not be replaced (was told it was out of stock) and hence the unit was partially functional. Also the EMF levels on this item were quite high.
