I shopped around for this particular model, at the end, Wayfair is still the cheapest due to the amazing free shipping. Item was shipped very quickly and communications was very good. Bought this for my rental studio, super compact and fits perfectly under the counter. Tested it before my tenant moved in, it is super quiet. The load took a bit of time to do, but it washed and dried everything once it’s done. No venting outside is required, which is amazing! Otherwise, will take up more space for the duct and extra hole to drill on the exterior wall. Over all very happy with it.
