I bought this item on line, good and easy transaction and the delivery was perfect. The problem I was facing was: why is this item cost of 169, installation of this bed frame cost 139. Almost as expensive as the item??? So, I started to assemble it with a helper! Impossible to do it on our own, because we have no common sense as how to make this complicated process worked. With lots of frustration and patience, it took us over 3 hours to finally got it done! So, my advise is: if you are not handy or with any common sense of the tools. Buy something easier to installed.
