- Charcoal Grill: This grill is fueled by lump charcoal or briquettes, sold separately. It’s designed to cook food over hot coals, arranged in various configurations to provide direct and indirect cooking options.
- Cooking Area: Grill up to 8 burgers, 3 steaks, or 12 brats on the 225-square-inch grate.
- Charcoal Tray: The 4-level height-adjustable charcoal tray makes it easy to regulate temperatures to cook with high or low heat.
- Grates: Porcelain-coated wire grates offer fast warm-up and heat recovery time. They’re lightweight, making them easy to lift when removed to clean, and economical to replace when it’s time.
- Ash Tray: A removable ashtray neatly collects ash from the fire, making clean-up simple
- Damper: An adjustable damper regulates cooking temperature for maximum control and consistent results.
- Handle: The lid handle features a stainless-steel grip that stays cool to the touch
