I’m so happy I ordered another one! When I join the two together it will make the perfect size bench I need for the work I do. The finish on the top is a bit rough for my taste another review commented on it and he was right However, the one shipped out to me has accurately cut and aligned corners. I put this together myself on the floor and had to get creative to make it stand in place...it's heavy. Everything about the piece is ideal for my new pottery studio. These Hevea butcher block countertops were just what I wanted for my new office. They were well packaged and arrived without damage. A few coats of matte poly were easy to apply. Nice smooth edges too so no additional sanding needed. They were less than half the cost of what I could get through my local big box DIY store.
